TBC rides will generally run rain or shine however a threat of severe weather conditions such as a thunderstorm or heavy rain may result in a cancellation.
What happens when a ride is called off?
- Organizers can cancel a ride up to 2 hours prior to the ride start. To do this they must cancel their booking, indicating that the ride is now leaderless. TBC does not run leaderless rides!
- Before heading out, riders should check that a ride organizer is still on the booking list.
- The organizer may contact tbccommunication@outlook.com to have the ride flagged as cancelled. (Note : Website updates are not immediate. Riders should always check the booking list first )
- As a curtesy to the ride leader we request that each rider Cancel their own booking to confirm that they know the ride is cancelled.
