Trip Sign-up Information

Please note that you must be an approved TBC member to attend weekend trips. Please complete the membership application process on the Join tab prior to registering for a weekend trip.

To Register for a trip at Trip Signup Night:

A. Pre-fill the trip application form (Download Trip Application Form) and bring it to the trip signup night.
(1 form per person, per trip) .You may register yourself and one other member, who is not present.

B. Hand forms with payment to the trip organizer at their respective signup desk. We accept cash or cheque (TBC does not accept credit cards).  Please make cheques payable to “Toronto Bicycle Club” and dated as of Sign-up night. Please note that you need a separate cheque for every trip.

 

To Register for a trip AFTER Trip Signup Night:

  1. Contact the organizer to confirm availability.
  2. Submit online trip registration form Download Trip Application Form
  3. Send your payment using one of the options listed below.

Methods of Payment

On-line Payments for Weekend Trips: fees are payable to Pay Pal and bank:
Pay Pal – 3%; e-transfer approximately $1.50 per transaction, depending on bank.

A. Via PayPal or Credit Card

Use Buy Now button on the trip webpage.

B. Via e-Transfer

1. Obtain access to “easy web banking/on-line banking” by registering with your
bank.
2.Make a transfer to tbcfinance@outlook.com, specify what the payment is for and send the
e-mail.
3.Send a separate e-mail with the specific, one time password that is assigned to the transaction.

C. Via Cheque or Cash (at select events – FITS, Trip Sign up)
